What a tough question. I looked through my collection and settled on my Seiko SSH003J Astron. As much as I wished a mechanical movement would have fit the bill, the premise of only having one watch suggests a set & forget do-everything instrument. The Astron fulfills that criteria for me. Thank goodness we don't live in that imaginary dystopian world currently!

For a one watch collection i'd go with my grand seiko slga021 with the 9ra2 spring drive caliber. Smooth seconds hand sweep, beautiful dial that changes its color with the amount of light hitting its surface, and a very accurate movement ensuring it keeps very good sync with atomic time

I was going to say Duro; but as much as I absolutely love and covet my beloved Casio's I couldn't settle on which of the six colourways I'd choose. Therefore I'm going to say my Glycine Combat Sub Diver in dark green. Beautiful watch, great quality and great value😘😘

Marathon GSAR, 41mm with the Arctic dial -also picked up from Island Watch a couple years back. I have tried to replace this watch several times, and it’s consistently beat out a Tudor, Rolex, and Christopher Ward. I’m not saying it’s better than those other watches, I just find it easier to wear in a wider variety of circumstances.

TGV = Romantic and nostalgic Marc=pragmatic and capitalistic. Simple as that.. Both awesome.

It's good for a laugh, because it's large, but if you want a Dive, GMT, Chrono, Omega made one in 2014. It's the size of a Rolex DeepSea, but a brick like version of those dimensions!

My one and done? 🤔 it would be hard to decide between Squale 1521 blue polished ( I bought from Marc ) and my Omega Seamaster which I wore for about 7 years and never took it off. Right at this moment, I think, I would say the Squale would be the one. That blue dial is so captivating and the watch is without a doubt, the most comfortable watch to wear. Really enjoy both of you guys content!!!

Another well put together video from TGV and Mark. I am currently wearing a Squale 1545. Trying to make it my everyday. Yet I seem to go to my Casio square for work.

Not going to lie, my "I. I. C. O. O. O.W." it would be my (50 year old) Pulsar p2 2900 stainless steel, ruby colored crystal, James Bond watch. I purchased myself in "73", yes it still works. I could have purchased a Rolex Submariner for the same price.! Excellent video guys! Thanks.

If I could own only one watch, it would be the new soulless pair watch. It tells the time simultaneously in London, Paris, Milan, Monte Carlo, and Gstaad. For real, that commercial comes up at least twice in every video I watch.

For me it would have to be my Rolex Explorer 124270. Boring answer, I know, but owning only one watch would be boring. Also, loved that bit with Marc during TGV’s art rant 😂

I love the bronze Glycine Airman, but the odds are I would choose a solid as granite Citizen or Seiko solar to last forever.
